Product Safety
We require that our Supplier Partners have documented product safety procedures in place and be compliant with regulations by CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration, USA). They function according to strict cleanliness guidelines at all times, and are closely monitored by their own food safety division.
Traceability
To provide our customers with peace of mind, it is vital for us to have an open and transparent dialogue with our Supplier Partners. Pulse suppliers conform to IP preserved programs so that the products can be traced back to their origin. Documents such as Certificate of Origin, Weight Certificate, Insurance Certificate and Bill of Lading are provided for each overseas shipment.
